In addition, the nutritional regimen is also adjusted to ensure that players have enough energy and the ability to recover quickly.
After two months of improving their fitness, Song Lam Nghe An returned to V-League 2024/25 with a completely different look. The players now not only maintain stable performance but also have the ability to accelerate unexpectedly. The clearest proof is Tran Manh Quynh's beautiful goal against Binh Duong. Although the match had passed the 90th minute, Manh Quynh and his teammates still showed flexibility, courage and speed to create the decisive goal to help Song Lam Nghe An win their first victory in V-League 2024/25. This goal not only shows personal progress but also reflects the effective training process of the whole team.
