Therefore, it is often used to treat colds caused by wind and heat, fever, headache, yellow or reddish urine, painful urination, edema, itching sores, allergies, etc.

Some medicinal remedies using the Cissus quadrangularis plant:

Treating colds, fevers, and headaches caused by wind-heat:Boil 12-16g of *Cissus quadrangularis* (Cissus quadrangularis) leaves, 8g of bamboo leaves, 6g of mint, 8g of *Elsholtzia ciliata* (Perilla frutescens), and 12g of honeysuckle flowers in 750ml of water until reduced to 250ml. Divide into two portions and drink before meals. Alternatively: Boil 20g of *Cissus quadrangularis* leaves, 20g of *Cissus quadrangularis* (Cissus quadrangularis) leaves, 10g of mint, 5g of licorice root, and 3 slices of fresh ginger in water and drink throughout the day. Use for 3-5 days.

Treating urinary retention, frequent urination, and painful urination caused by damp heat:30g of Cissus quadrangularis, 20g of Plantago major, 20g of Imperata cylindrica root, 12g of corn silk, 8g of Cynodon dactylon, 12g of Centella asiatica, boiled with 650ml of water, reduced to 250ml, divided into two doses, to be taken before meals. Use for 10 days.

Supports the treatment of bone and joint pain.Ingredients: 5g dried leaves of the windmill grass, 5g roots of the mimosa plant, 3g sea morning glory, 3g roots of the prickly grass, 3g leaves of the passionflower plant, 3g leaves of the Piper betel plant. Chop all ingredients finely, dry them in the sun, and steep them in water to drink as tea throughout the day. Use continuously for one month.
