Here is how to use chrysanthemum to treat diseases:
* Treatment of flu:150g fresh chrysanthemum greens, wash, drain and put in a bowl. Cook porridge, pour boiling porridge over the bowl of chrysanthemum greens, let it sit for 5-10 minutes then mix the vegetables and eat 2-3 times a day. This dish is effective in relieving colds quickly and effectively without having to take medicine.
* Spleen tonic, treatment of dizziness, diuretic:Take 200g of chrysanthemum greens, a 0.5kg crucian carp, a little wine, cooking oil and enough spices. Clean the crucian carp, remove the scales, fry until golden brown, then add wine and stir, add ginger and water, cook over low heat until the fish is cooked, then add chrysanthemum greens and boil again, season with spices. 10 days is a course of treatment.
*Cure persistent cough:Cook pig lung and chrysanthemum greens soup with rice to treat persistent cough. Use 150g fresh chrysanthemum greens, 200g pig lung. Chop pig lung, marinate with ginger and spices. Stir-fry until cooked, then add water and bring to a boil. Add chrysanthemum greens, turn off the heat as soon as the vegetables are cooked. Eat while the soup is still hot, once a day, continuously for 3-4 days.
* Headache treatment:Heat a handful of fresh chrysanthemum leaves, apply to the top of the head and both temples every time you have a headache or at night before going to bed. If chrysanthemum leaves are not in season, you can use dried chrysanthemum leaves to treat headaches in the following way: Put 10-15g of dried chrysanthemum leaves in a pot, add 3 bowls of water, boil down to 1 bowl. Drink after meals, 2 times a day, morning and evening. Drink continuously for 5-7 days for best results.
* Treating cough in children:6g chopped chrysanthemum greens, add honey, steam, drink many times a day. Note: not applicable for children under 1 year old.
