According to initial information, at approximately 10:40 AM on March 22nd, at Km427+400 in Nam Thinh hamlet, An Chau commune, an accident occurred involving three vehicles: a 7-seater car with license plate 37K-677.xx, a Howo truck with license plate 29K-017.xx, and a dump truck with license plate 198.xx.
The powerful collision caused extensive damage to both vehicles. As a result, the driver of the Howo truck died. In addition, several other people were injured and taken to the hospital for treatment.
