Director of Forensic Center detained
The Supreme People's Procuracy's investigation agency has ordered the temporary detention of Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong (53 years old), residing in Chanh Lo ward, Quang Ngai city, Quang Ngai province, Director of Quang Ngai Forensic Center, to investigate the act of accepting bribes.
Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong was temporarily detained for 3 months and 21 days. Previously, on February 25, the Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy temporarily detained Mr. Phuong to investigate the act of accepting bribes, and searched his workplace and private home. Mr. Pham Ngoc Phuong was the Head of the Department of Pathology and Head of the Forensic Department - Quang Ngai General Hospital.
