Ten individuals have been taken into custody for disturbing public order in Thai Hoa ward.

Earlier, on the afternoon of November 10th, Dang Trong Vuong (born in 1997), residing in Nghia Khanh commune, and HTMN (born in 1993), residing in Thai Hoa ward, held the grand opening of their restaurant.

At approximately 8:30 PM on the same day, Nguyen Thanh Hung (born in 1991), residing in Tan Lien Hamlet, Thai Hoa Ward, went to a restaurant with some friends. Thinking that the service was slow, Hung and Vuong had an argument. At this time, Ms. X., Hung's wife, was driving a car and parked on the opposite side of the road from the restaurant, waiting to pick Hung up to go home.

Seeing Hung get into his car, Vuong continued to walk into the middle of the road and hurl insults. Angered, Hung drove his car towards the crowd, including Vuong, resulting in minor injuries to two people. Immediately afterward, Hung drove away from the scene. Witnessing the incident, bystanders used stones and wooden sticks to hit and throw at Hung's car, and also chased after Hung's vehicle in their own cars.

During the chase, the group's car cut in front of and collided with Hung's car, forcing Hung and the others in his car to get out and run away.

Immediately after receiving the case, under the direction of the Provincial Police leadership, the Criminal Police Department and the Thai Hoa Ward Police, in coordination with the People's Procuracy of Area 8 and other professional departments, were present at the scene to focus on investigating and clarifying the matter.

Using a coordinated approach and based on collected evidence, the Criminal Investigation Agency of Nghe An Province has issued a decision to temporarily detain 10 individuals for the crime of "disturbing public order". Simultaneously, the investigation is being expanded to identify other individuals involved in similar acts.intentional infliction of injury...intentionally damaging property... will be dealt with strictly according to the law.
