Previously, the Quỳnh Lưu District Police received a report from the public about the theft of dozens of B40 steel mesh panels, used for livestock barriers, along the North-South Expressway. This is a road under construction located in Quỳnh Mỹ commune, Quỳnh Lưu district, Nghệ An province.
After receiving the report, the Quỳnh Lưu District Police quickly mobilized all available forces to verify and clarify the matter. At 9 PM on April 21, 2014, the police arrested Trần Văn Thân (born in 1968) and Trần Văn Thanh (born in 1990), both residing in Quỳnh Mỹ commune, Quỳnh Lưu district, as the two suspects.theft of property.
