Detain criminal suspect for beating bus staff
On October 3, the Investigation Police Agency of Nghe An Province Police has just issued a decision to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Hoa (born 1987), residing in Tan Ky commune, Nghe An, for disturbing public order.
Accordingly, on the afternoon of October 1, Tan Ky Commune Police received information from the public that at Tan Ky bus station, block 2, Tan Ky commune, Nghe An province, a group of people were having a conflict and fighting. Information about the incident was also posted on social networking sites. After receiving the news, under the direction of the Provincial Police, Tan Ky Commune Police quickly sent a working group to verify and summon Nguyen Van Hoa (born in 1987), residing in Quy Hau hamlet, Tan Ky commune, Nghe An province, Nguyen Khac Binh (born in 1977), residing in Truong Vinh ward, Nghe An province and Nguyen Thi Ngoc (born in 1986), residing in Kim Lien commune, Nghe An province (an employee of Thach Thanh bus on the Tan Ky - Vinh (old) route) to work.
During the investigation, the police clarified that due to a conflict during the transportation of goods, Nguyen Van Hoa used his bare hands, a belt and sandals to beat Mr. Binh and forced him to kneel down on the street to apologize. Seeing the incident, Ms. Ngoc tried to intervene but was kicked by Hoa.
Currently, the Police Agency has decided to temporarily detain Nguyen Van Hoa for the crime of disturbing public order, to be handled according to the provisions of law.
