According to the initial investigation, on the evening of January 6th, due to a conflict, Nguyen Tan Ph. went to the rented room of Bui Viet Hai (30 years old, from Hai Phong) to talk.
During the argument, Ph. pulled out the gun he was carrying, and it accidentally discharged, the bullet piercing Hai's head.
The victim, Bui Viet Hai, collapsed on the spot. After committing the crime, Nguyen Tan Ph. got on his motorbike and fled the scene.
Mr. Bui Viet Hai was taken to the hospital by local residents for emergency treatment. However, due to the severity of his injuries, he passed away at Dong Nai General Hospital on the morning of January 7th.
According to initial information, the conflict may have stemmed from a romantic relationship between Mr. Hai and Ms. Ph.'s daughter, which Ms. Ph. opposed. The case is currently under investigation by the Dong Nai Police./.
