Tan Ky has a new Chairman of the District People's Committee
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 22, the People's Council of Tan Ky district, term XVIII, 2016 - 2021, held the 15th session to carry out personnel work and some other contents under its authority.

Attending the meeting were comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and leaders of departments and branches.
At the meeting, the People's Council of Tan Ky district reviewed the submission, discussed and elected Mr. Phan Van Giap - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee to the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee. As a result, 94.44 delegates agreed to elect Mr. Phan Van Giap to hold the position of Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 18th term, 2016-2021.

The meeting also dismissed the Head of the Socio-Economic Committee and elected additional members of the District People's Committee.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Phan Van Giap - New Chairman of the District People's Committee thanked the attention and trust of the District People's Council delegates. In his new position, he will try his best and work with the collective to fulfill his duties and responsibilities, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and maintaining security and defense in the area.Tan Ky.
