Tan Ky launches a special emulation campaign to celebrate the Party congresses at all levels.

At the end of October, the Tan Ky District Party Committee issued Plan No. 278-KH/HU on launching a special emulation campaign to celebrate the Party congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Accordingly, the special emulation campaign to celebrate the Party congresses at all levels must be demonstrated through specific projects, tasks, and activities that are practical and appropriate to the specific situation of each locality, agency, and unit.

The implementation process must involve developing a plan; organizing for collectives and individuals to register for emulation. At the end of each congress at every level, a preliminary review must be conducted, and at the end of the district Party congress, a comprehensive review must be carried out to promptly honor, commend, and reward outstanding exemplary collectives and individuals.

Each Party organization, agency, unit, and locality must have at least one meaningful and practical project, task, or activity to celebrate the congress. Each Party member, cadre, civil servant, public employee, and soldier of the armed forces in the political system from the district to the grassroots level must have at least one creative idea or concrete, practical action in response to the emulation campaign.

The deadline for registering projects and tasks to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels is November 15, 2024.

Mr. Vo Van Quyet, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ky Son commune (Tan Ky district), said: Recently, the commune's Party Committee organized a key personnel conference to implement the plan issued by the District Party Committee. Accordingly, all Party branches selected one project, the commune selected two projects; all Party members and officials have taken concrete actions, aiming towards the Party congresses at all levels.

"The Party Committee's guiding principle is that the projects selected to celebrate the Party Congress must be practical and meaningful. By November 15th, the commune's Party Committee will compile a detailed list of practical projects to celebrate the Party Congress at all levels in the locality and submit it to the District Party Committee," said Mr. Vo Van Quyet.

Many important projects and works are currently being implemented in Tan Ky district. Mr. Phan Van Giap, Chairman of the District People's Committee, stated that the District People's Committee will advise the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to select three key projects to celebrate the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party. These include: the District Cultural Center; the project to upgrade inner-city roads; and the project to upgrade the road from Tan An commune to Dong Van commune. Currently, these projects are being accelerated, aiming for completion before the District Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

According to Le Van Ngoc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan Ky District Party Committee: This special emulation campaign aims to promote the heroic traditions of Tan Ky, the strength of national unity, the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, the intelligence and aspirations of each cadre, Party member, civil servant, public employee, soldier of the armed forces, and all strata of the people in the district. Through this, it will create a vibrant and widespread emulation atmosphere in all Party organizations, agencies, units, localities, and residential areas in the district.

At the same time, it creates motivation for the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army to strive and resolutely achieve the goals and targets of 2024 and of the entire 2020-2025 term in all fields; to achieve outstanding achievements to welcome the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
