(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 14th, the Tan Ky District People's Council organized a training course on professional skills and operational techniques for district and commune/township People's Council representatives in 2016.

Overview of the training session.

Over the course of one day, delegates received instruction on the basic contents of the Law on the Organization of Local Government; the basic contents of the Law on the Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils; voter outreach activities and methods for summarizing the opinions of People's Council delegates; the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents and Government Decree 34.

The training course aims to enhance the operational skills of People's Council representatives at all levels, contributing to improving the effectiveness of elected bodies at the local level. After this conference, each representative can immediately apply the knowledge and understanding exchanged to their practical work to improve the quality of the People's Councils at all levels.
