Many collaborative models have left a distinct mark, such as the "Vietnam Navy as a support for fishermen venturing out to sea" program, the "Navy sponsoring fishermen's children" initiative, and the promotion of attracting high-quality human resources, while also organizing over 630 news articles and reports that have been widely disseminated through various media outlets.
In Nghe An, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, in coordination with Brigade 169, organized propaganda sessions for over 200 cadres and Party members, and also implemented human resource recruitment efforts with over 700 teachers and students participating. Nghe An's newspapers and radio and television stations also produced and published hundreds of reports and articles; and strengthened the application of information technology and digital transformation in the propaganda work regarding the sea and islands.

Propaganda work on the sea and islands has contributed to strengthening the people's trust in the Party's leadership, the State's management and administration, and the ability of the Vietnam People's Navy to protect the sovereignty of the sea and islands; remaining unwavering in the face of negative impacts, incitement, and sabotage by hostile forces that cause instability in security, politics, order, and social safety in the area; and encouraging and sharing the difficulties and hardships of the forces that are standing firm day and night at the forefront, protecting the sacred territorial sovereignty of the Fatherland.
The conference also discussed and clarified some limitations in the coordination process, such as infrequent information sharing, a lack of diverse communication methods, and difficulties in attracting high-quality resources.

Based on that, delegates proposed many solutions to enhance the effectiveness of coordination in 2026, emphasizing innovation in content and methods of propaganda; promoting the application of digital technology; expanding practical activities, exchanges, and fraternal ties; strengthening the training of speakers; and organizing working groups to visit and encourage the military and civilians in coastal and island areas.

Concluding the conference, Rear Admiral Tran Xuan Van - Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Naval Region 1 - affirmed that close coordination between the Navy and localities is an important source of strength, contributing to consolidating confidence, fostering patriotism, and raising awareness in protecting maritime sovereignty and islands. He also requested that the provinces continue to cooperate and effectively implement the 2026 coordination plan, creating a new turning point in maritime and island propaganda work in the new situation.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded certificates of merit from the Naval Command and certificates of commendation from the Command of Naval Region 1 to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in coordinating propaganda work on the sea and islands in 2025; and signed a cooperation program for propaganda in 2026.
