Two students fined 17 million VND for speeding past a checkpoint.
During a traffic control operation at Km346+200, National Highway 4A, Bao Lac commune, Cao Bang Provincial Police Traffic Police team spotted two students riding a motorbike without helmets. When signaled to stop, NCA (born in 2008) and HNGB (born in 2010) refused to comply and sped away.

After verification and questioning, the authorities determined the violations included: failing to obey traffic control signals; driving underage; not wearing a helmet; the vehicle lacking rearview mirrors; and entrusting the vehicle to someone unqualified to drive.
