Two students were fined 17 million VND for speeding past the checkpoint.
While on duty checking alcohol levels at Km346+200, National Highway 4A, Bao Lac Commune, the working group of the Traffic Police Department of Cao Bang Province discovered two students driving a motorbike without helmets. When signaled to stop, the NCA (born in 2008) students carrying HNGB (born in 2010) did not comply but increased the speed and fled.

After verifying and inviting to work, the authorities determined the violations to include: Not obeying the traffic controller's orders; underage driving; not wearing a helmet; vehicle without rearview mirrors and handing over the vehicle to an unqualified person. The total fine for the above acts is 17 million VND.
The Traffic Police Department recommends that driving without signals or avoiding inspection is a serious violation, potentially causing accidents for yourself and others. Parents need to strengthen management and absolutely do not let their children drive when they are not old enough.
