Giving gifts to resettled people in Ngoc Lam commune

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 30, a volunteer group in Thanh Chuong town coordinated with Ngoc Lam commune to give gifts to local people.

Charitable gifts are collected at the commune center and then transferred to the villages.

Ngoc Lam is one of two resettlement communes in Thanh Chuong, where people's lives still face many difficulties. Realizing this, a volunteer group in Thanh Chuong town has called for support from the online community, especially Thanh Chuong children living far from home, to donate, help, and share difficulties with the people.

On this occasion, the volunteer group donated 600 new clothes, along with some shoes, books, candy... to people in 6 villages, including: Kim Hong, Muong, Nhan Pa, Noong, Cha Luan, Xop Pe. In addition, there was a large amount of old clothes that were washed, dried and sent back to the villages.

According to plan, the volunteer group will organize the Mid-Autumn Festival for children in Ngoc Lam commune.
