(Baonghean.vn) - On August 30th, a volunteer group in Thanh Chuong town, in coordination with Ngoc Lam commune, presented gifts to local residents.

Ngoc Lam is one of two resettlement communes in Thanh Chuong district, where the lives of the people are still fraught with difficulties. Recognizing this, a volunteer group in Thanh Chuong town has called for support from the online community, especially Thanh Chuong residents living away from home, to raise funds and help share the difficulties with the local people.

On this occasion, the volunteer group donated 600 sets of new clothes, along with some shoes, books, candies, etc., to the people in 6 villages, including Kim Hong, Muong, Nhan Pa, Noong, Cha Luan, and Xop Pe. In addition, a large quantity of used clothes, which had been washed and dried, were also delivered to the villages.
According to the plan, the volunteer group will organize a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration for the children of Ngoc Lam commune.
