Giving savings books to teammates in difficult circumstances

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 14, the Association of students of the Border Guard College, Course II, working at the Nghe An Border Guard, visited and presented a savings book worth 10 million VND to the family of Mr. Tran Van Toan, in Hung Tien commune (Hung Nguyen).

Representatives of the 2nd Border Guard College students presented savings books to Mr. Toan's family.

Mr. Tran Van Toan enlisted in the Border Guard force.In 1994, after graduating from the 2nd course of the Border Guard College(1996-1998), he worked at the Border Guard of Cao Bang province but due to his family's difficult circumstances, he had to leave the army. Now, his wife has just passed away, he has no job and has to raise 2 young children to go to school.

Faced with that situation, the students of the Border Guard College, Course 2, who are working in Nghe An, donated 10 million VND and opened a savings book to help Toan's family overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
