Mr. Tran Van Toan enlisted in the Border Guard Force.In 1994, after graduating from the second course of the Border Guard Intermediate School.From 1996 to 1998, he worked in the Border Guard of Cao Bang province, but due to extremely difficult family circumstances, he had to leave the army. Currently, his wife has just passed away, he is unemployed, and he has to support his two young children's education.
In response to this situation, students from the second course of the Border Guard Training School currently working in Nghe An province have raised 10 million VND and opened a savings account to help Toan's family overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
