Mr. Dao Van Khai - Chairman of the People's Committee of Tang Thanh commune said: From 2020 up to now, Tang Thanh commune has deployed the construction of an advanced NTM commune, focusing on attracting resources to build infrastructure for socio-economic development, with efforts up to this point, the whole commune has achieved 15/15 advanced NTM criteria.

The highlight of Tang Thanh commune is the synchronous investment in infrastructure, the main traffic axis road system, village roads, and alleys of the commune are asphalted, concreted, spacious, flat, convenient for people to travel and develop services. Many new canals have been built to serve irrigation and drainage...

In particular, the criteria on culture and cultural facilities, the system of cultural houses or multi-functional halls and sports grounds serving cultural and sports activities of 7/7 hamlets and communes have cultural and sports facilities that meet the standards according to the regulations of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 97/2014/UBND dated December 19, 2014 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Specifically, all these areas are planned in detail with an area of ​​over 3,000 m2, with a system of multi-functional houses, playgrounds, training grounds, and auxiliary works. Including 1 soccer field, 2 volleyball courts, outdoor sports and fitness areas for the elderly, flower pots, flagpoles, lighting... Currently, the commune is implementing the construction of a new kindergarten, 12 primary school rooms. In 2021, the commune will continue to complete the canal system, build a new Vien market for over 30 billion VND, a multi-functional communal cultural house for 15 billion VND...

Tang Thanh commune focuses on improving income criteria, improving the material and spiritual life of the people. The commune attracts all resources for economic development. In the coming time, this model will be expanded to 2.7 hectares. Producing clean mushrooms brings high income value. Livestock development is in the direction of commodity production, diversifying livestock and poultry in the form of semi-industrial and household farming.

Thanks to that, the average income per capita of Tang Thanh commune is increasing, reaching 52,281 million VND/person/year in 2021.
