Thanh Chuong needs a major breakthrough

(Baonghean) - Determining to develop from agriculture, Thanh Chuong district needs to promote attracting investment in processing and increasing the value of agricultural products. That is the guiding opinion of comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in a recent meeting with leaders of Thanh Chuong district.

Building large model fields - Creating breakthroughs for agriculture

Vice Chairman of Yen Thanh District People's Committee - Mr. Nguyen Sy Hung said: Starting to implement the policy of building large-scale model fields (CĐML) from the spring crop of 2012, within the year, Yen Thanh has succeeded in 12 models, mainly rice seed production. In which, enterprises play a very important role by taking on stages from supplying seeds, fertilizers, and consuming products at market prices. Most of the CĐMLs have a much higher income value than normal production, averaging from 70-75 million VND/ha, especially the 33-hectare field producing F1 hybrid rice of RC25 variety in Phuc Thanh commune brings an average value of up to 140 million VND/ha.
