Forbes magazine ranks Russia's 100 most famous people
Forbes magazine has just published a new ranking, including 100 Russian officials, businessmen, business leaders and law enforcement officers. The top position belongs to Vladimir Putin.

In the top 10 are also: Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Sberbank" German Gref (second place), Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Gazprom" Alexei Miller, CEO of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin, head of the government Dmitry Medvedev, General Director of "Surgutneftegaz" Vladimir Bogdanov, Chairman of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina, Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, General Director of the Russian Railways Oleg Belozyorov and Chairman of the oil and gas corporation "LUKOIL" Vagit Alekperov (10th place).
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov took 21st place, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu was on the 30th line.
The ranking takes into account criteria such as the company's number of employees and revenue, its ability to directly impact people's lives, its influence in the industry, as well as its proximity to the president and the ruling party.
