In particular, the workshop is a step to suggest the direction of operation and development for electronic magazines when in reality, literary magazines in the North Central region in particular and the whole country in general have just started to implement or are learning to build, so they have very little experience and are still full of difficulties ahead.

The annual and rotating organization of seminars among North Central literary magazines is a necessary and useful professional activity, helping magazines share, learn from experiences and support each other, especially at a time when local literary magazines are still facing many difficulties in their development orientation.
