Especially when the Thanh Hoa Tax Department issued an official dispatch: FLC Thanh Hoa Football Joint Stock Company is at the top of the list of tax debts (nearly 40 billion VND).

In June 2015, FLC took over Thanh Hoa Football Club from Thanh Hoa Football Joint Stock Company. Mr. Doan Van Phuong, one of the founders of FLC, holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO.
