T&T Group invests in many projects in Nghe An.

Working with the delegation on behalf of Nghe An province were: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Xuan Son - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; and leaders of several departments, agencies, and localities.

Representing T&T Group were Mr. Do Quang Hien - Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of the Group, and other members of the Group's leadership.

STANDING TOGETHER WITH NGHE AN

During the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of T&T Group, presented the plan for implementing the Project on Planning for the Conservation, Restoration, and Promotion of the Value of the Special National Monument of President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, Nghe An province, on a scale of 278.86 hectares. On November 27, 2020, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1943/QD-TTg approving the plan.

Announcement of the Plan for Conservation, Restoration, and Promotion of the Value of the Special National Monument: Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of January 13th, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a conference to announce the plan for the preservation, restoration, and promotion of the value of the special national historical site of the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district.

During the meeting, the leaders of T&T Group reported on several related issues for the implementation of the plan, including a proposal to commence Phase 1, which involves the construction of the Nam Dan Commercial, Tourism Service Area and parking lot, on May 19, 2021.

In addition, the leaders of T&T Group also requested that the necessary procedures be completed so that the construction project of the nine-branched waterfall at the tomb of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - the mother of President Ho Chi Minh - can commence in March 2021.

The waterfall complex comprises three elements: the waterfall itself, a lotus platform, and a system of walking paths and viewpoints for visitors; symbolizing the nurturing and upbringing provided by mothers in Vietnamese culture in general, and honoring the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh's mother in particular.

T&T Group presented its ideas, implementation results, difficulties and obstacles that need to be overcome, proposals, recommendations, and implementation plans for projects approved by Nghe An province for investment research, including: the Ben Thuy Urban Service and Tourism Complex Project (Vinh City) with a scale of 31.4 hectares; the Southwest Vinh City Urban Area Project, which is under planning research within the administrative boundaries of three communes: Hung Thinh, Hung Phuc, and Hung My in Hung Nguyen district, with a total planning area of ​​approximately 490 hectares; and the Southeast Vinh City Ecological Urban Area Project in Hung Hoa commune (Vinh City) with a scale of nearly 413 hectares.

T&T Group also proposed to study the investment in two projects: the Nghi Yen Waste Treatment Plant Project in Nghi Loc district and the Nghe An LNG Power Plant Complex Project in Hoang Mai town.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Do Quang Hien, Chairman and CEO of T&T Group, said that the selection of consultants for the planning of the Project to preserve, restore, and promote the value of the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area, a special national historical site, was carried out in a very systematic and rigorous manner, with the participation of scientists, managers, leaders, and former leaders of the Party and State.

Affirming that sponsoring the project planning is an honor for T&T Group, Mr. Do Quang Hien expressed his hope that the plan would be implemented soon and emphasized the need for strong determination and consensus from the provincial leadership and relevant departments and localities, close coordination between the investor and the consultant, and strict adherence to legal regulations and the approved plan.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group stated that, during the implementation of the plan, T&T Group will continue to work alongside Nghe An province, and is committed to focusing its highest resources to effectively implement the plan together with the province.

We highly appreciate the capabilities and dedication of T&T Group to Nghe An.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, affirmed that the Provincial People's Council highly appreciates the projects that T&T Group is implementing in the province; and requested T&T Group to carefully study the procedures and specifically detail them in the project dossier so that the Provincial People's Council can review and give opinions within its authority.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - said that in the past and in recent years, Nghe An has been very active in calling for and attracting strategic investors to invest in the province. Responding to the province's call, many investors have invested in the province, including T&T Group, thereby making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the province.

The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the concern, dedication, and special affection of T&T Group and Chairman Do Quang Hien in particular towards the implementation of the plan for preserving, restoring, and promoting the value of the Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area, a special national historical site; and also noted that the implementation of the plan will build the Kim Lien Special National Historical Site to be worthy of the contributions of President Ho Chi Minh.

In addition, over the past period, T&T Group has actively participated in supporting and assisting the province in social welfare work. The provincial leaders sincerely thank T&T Group for its kindness and affection towards Nghe An.

Regarding the two projects in the Kim Lien Special National Historical Site, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the Provincial People's Committee should establish a working group to coordinate with investors and sponsors to implement the projects in accordance with the law, but with the highest level of dedication and speed, considering this as an expression of affection and responsibility towards the beloved President Ho Chi Minh. The Provincial Party Secretary also gave specific opinions on other projects of the T&T Group.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung highly appreciated the determination, dedication, capabilities, responsibility, and commitment of T&T Group in implementing projects and supporting Nghe An province.

The consistent stance of the Provincial People's Committee towards investors in general and T&T Group in particular is that all levels, sectors, and localities must focus their efforts on expediting the processing of documents and procedures, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and meeting the set deadlines.

Regarding the two projects at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Site, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed that a working group, headed by Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, will be established to coordinate with T&T Group to implement them in the coming time according to the schedule proposed by T&T Group.

At the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also gave specific opinions on the projects that T&T Group is currently implementing, as well as proposals for future implementation.
