At the World Energy and Environment Forum - Vietnam 2026 held on July 8th, TH Group was honored to be named among the top 10 outstanding enterprises receiving the "Green Enterprise - Net Zero Action" award. This is a well-deserved reward for the group's long and persistent journey in pursuing a green and circular economy model.

With the theme "Vietnam concretizes the path to Net Zero," the World Energy and Environment Forum - Vietnam 2026, chaired by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), was held at the National Convention Center in Hanoi.

The event was a large-scale national forum, attended and chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Van Thang - Chairman of the National Council on Sustainable Development, along with nearly 500 delegates.

At the event, Mr. Ngo Minh Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TH Group, represented the company in receiving the prestigious award presented by the Deputy Prime Minister.

To receive this recognition, TH Group went through a rigorous selection process based on nominations from localities, combined with reference to the tools and documents of the World Energy Council in Vietnam (WEC-VN), and thorough evaluation of its application by independent experts.

The Organizing Committee recognized TH as one of the leading companies in Vietnam thanks to its strong implementation of the green economy model, efforts to innovate technology, improve energy efficiency, reduce emissions, and develop a sustainable production and business model.

Realizing the philosophy of cherishing Mother Nature.

This award is a recognition of the unwavering journey that TH Group has persistently built over the years, from production to the consumer. The company has successfully created a harmonious development model that balances economic efficiency, social responsibility, and environmental protection, in line with the philosophy that Labor Hero Thai Huong - the founder of the Group - has always cherished: to appreciate Mother Nature so that she may give us everything.

From its inception in 2009, TH's founder chose a development path based on science, technology, innovation, and respect for nature, with the desire to bring products entirely from nature, contributing to improving public health and creating lasting value for society.

That philosophy is realized through a series of large-scale investment projects applying advanced technology in agriculture, concentrated dairy farming, food processing, and closed-loop value chain management on high-tech agricultural fields.

TH Group consistently aims for efficient resource utilization, energy conservation, and emission reduction throughout its production and business operations. Here, greenhouse gas emissions are calculated according to the international GHG Protocol standard and updated according to the latest guidance in the IPCC's Sixth Assessment Report. All units within the Group are closely monitored for indicators and implement measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, resulting in a consistent decrease in emission intensity per unit of product over the years.

Over the two years (2023 and 2024), two member units, TH Milk Joint Stock Company and Nui Tien Pure Water Company Limited, successfully achieved carbon neutrality according to international standards under the assessment of the reputable independent organization Control Union, and committed to maintaining this status in the following years.

To promote the transition to renewable energy, the Group's total installed solar power capacity has been steadily increasing over the years. By 2025, the Group's total rooftop solar power output reached an impressive 14,726,000 kWh, corresponding to a reduction of more than 9,700 tons of CO2 emissions per year.

In particular, the energy intensity of the TH Dairy Factory has been reduced by 25%, from 0.14 in 2023 to 0.105 in 2025, thanks to the application of effective optimization measures.

In addition, all member companies utilize high-tech wastewater treatment systems that meet national discharge standards. Waste sources such as biological sludge and manure are collected through sealed pipes and processed for reuse as organic fertilizer and bedding material for livestock pens, helping farms reduce methane emissions by at least 70% compared to conventional methods.

Measures to reduce plastic emissions have also been strongly implemented, with TH reducing the use of yogurt spoons by up to 50% and switching to environmentally friendly biodegradable plastic, while Nui Tien Pure Water, Herbal and Fruit Juice Factory reduces nearly 600 tons of plastic per year by eliminating shrink wrap on bottle caps, reducing label thickness, and decreasing the weight of plastic bottles.

Transparency and a people-centered development goal.

One of the most important factors that helped TH convince the expert panel to be honored in the Green Enterprise – Net Zero Action category was the transparency of its Sustainable Development Report.

First published in 2018 under the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards, TH's annual report details ESG indicators and information based on six pillars of sustainable development, including: nutrition and health, education, environment, community, people, and animal welfare.

Each year, independent third-party audit firms participate in this process to ensure that key figures are always accurate, demonstrating the Group's commitment to transparency and accountability to the highest degree.

In addition to its environmental responsibility, TH Group always believes that people are its most valuable asset and continuously strives to foster the holistic development of each member. The Group not only focuses on comprehensive healthcare for its employees but also endeavors to spread a sustainable development mindset, from its ESG foundation to its commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050, in line with the government's commitment.
