TH Group imports nearly 1,300 high-yield dairy cows from the United States.
(Baonghean.vn) - In order to improve the yield and quality of the dairy herd at TH Farm, TH Group imported 1,294 high-yield dairy cows from the United States to the farm.
These are purebred Holsterin Frisien (HF) cows, carefully selected based on appearance, physical condition, milk production potential, and disease resistance in tropical regions; they have superior milk yield (reaching 11,000 - 12,000 liters/cow/305-day lactation cycle) and good milk quality.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, affirmed that TH's import of high-yield dairy cows this time has great significance for Vietnam's livestock industry, changing the face of Nghe An's agriculture. This will contribute to improving the quality of TH's dairy herd in particular and Vietnam's in general.
Although appreciating TH's entire monitoring process and efforts in importing the cattle herd, the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development also requested the group to strictly comply with the Veterinary Law; continue to keep the cattle in quarantine for 45 days for monitoring; and affirmed that the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will always stand alongside businesses to further develop Nghe An's high-tech agriculture.
