Training on transferring election counting software to serve Party Congresses at all levels
On July 22, the Central Organizing Committee held a training conference and transferred computerized vote counting software to serve Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term. Comrade Phan Thang An - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee chaired the conference.

At the conference, delegates were informed and introduced to the software and instructed on how to install and use the software in the work of declaring information about the congress; making election lists, preparing ballots; vote counting work in the congress including automatic vote counting, semi-automatic vote counting; confirming vote counting results; summarizing vote counting results of elections; creating and printing election results and minutes; exporting results to presentation files at the congress...
Comrade Phan Thang An - Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee requested that localities fully absorb the training content, effectively apply the election counting software to officially transfer it to Party committees at all levels, ensuring consistency, accuracy, transparency, confidentiality and safety in the election counting work. Thereby, contributing to the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030.
