Training on transferring election vote counting software for Party Congresses at all levels.

At the conference, delegates were given a general introduction to the software and instructions on how to install and use it for tasks such as declaring information for the congress; creating election lists and preparing ballots; vote counting during the congress, including automatic and semi-automatic counting; confirming vote counting results; compiling vote counting results from all elections; creating and printing election results and minutes; and exporting results to presentation files for the congress.

Comrade Phan Thang An, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Department, requested that localities fully absorb the training content and effectively apply the election vote counting software to officially transfer it to Party committees at all levels, ensuring uniformity, accuracy, transparency, security, and safety in the election vote counting process. This will contribute to the successful organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
