Training on digital transformation and implementation of Party software and applications.

The conference was held in a format that included both in-person and online connections to subordinate Party committees and branches. At the main venue at the Provincial Political School, nearly 200 participants attended, including members of the Party Committee; members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; the working group of the Steering Committee and the support unit for digital transformation and administrative reform within the Party Committee; and officials of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies; as well as Party committees and members of the Inspection Committees of subordinate Party committees and branches of the Provincial Party Committee's agencies.

At the conference, participants listened to speakers impart very important and practical knowledge about the Law on Protection of State Secrets, the application of comprehensive security solutions on the Party's operational information system, as well as the new features of the online meeting system and the electronic Party member handbook.

To ensure that the implementation of digital transformation within the Party Committee is substantive and effective, Comrade Ngo Dinh Vien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, suggested that Party committees and grassroots Party organizations at all levels should be decisive in leading and directing the implementation of the contents within their units.

Immediately after the conference, it is necessary to actively practice and become proficient in using the software and applications that have been instructed, especially the Meeting Information System and the Electronic Party Member Handbook. Strictly adhere to regulations on protecting state secrets in cyberspace and seriously implement the full-process security solution when handling classified documents on the Operational Management System.
