Training on operational skills for People's Council representatives.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 28th, the People's Council of Quynh Luu district organized a training conference on operational skills for 437 delegates of the district People's Council and the People's Councils of 33 communes and towns.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on two topics: the operational skills of elected representatives, such as reading, researching documents, taking notes, listening, presenting, developing action plans, organizing training conferences to implement legal documents, checking the implementation of laws, reviewing and systematizing legal documents; and skills in analyzing and evaluating socio-economic policies.

During the training course, delegates were also briefed on the oversight skills required of elected representatives.

The training course aims to improve the quality of the activities of the People's Councils at the district and commune levels, helping People's Council representatives to further promote their activeness, initiative, and creativity in professional activities, especially in knowledge and skills for operation, inspection, and supervision of People's Council representatives in the 2016-2021 term. It also provides an opportunity for People's Council representatives to interact, exchange, discuss, and share valuable experiences, best practices, and solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in the practical work of elected representatives.
