Training on professional skills in emulation and reward work.

(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of October 27th, the Nghe An Emulation and Commendation Board organized a training course on emulation and commendation work for 2016.

The training session was attended by all officials working in emulation and reward activities in the province.

This training session took place over two days (27-28), aiming to improve the quality of emulation and reward work in localities and units. The training content was delivered by officials from the Central Emulation and Reward Committee.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan, Deputy Director of the Nghe An Department of Internal Affairs and Head of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Board, inaugurated the training course.

During the training program, delegates were briefed on the basic contents of the 2003 Law on Emulation and Commendation, the 2013 amended and supplemented Law; Government Decrees guiding the implementation, including Decree No. 42/2010/ND-CP, Decree 65/2014/ND-CP and Circular No. 07/2014/TT-BNV dated August 29, 2010 of the Ministry of Interior; guidance on annual emulation ranking of units, clusters and groups; and discussed and answered questions at the grassroots level.../.
