Training on emulation and reward work
(Baonghean.vn) – On the morning of October 27, Nghe An Emulation and Reward Committee organized a training course on emulation and reward work in 2016.

This training session took place over 2 days (27-28) to improve the quality of emulation and reward work of localities and units. The training content was delivered by officers of the Central Emulation and Reward Board.

During the training program, delegates were informed of the basic contents of the 2003 Law on Emulation and Commendation, the 2013 Law on Amendments and Supplements; Government Decrees guiding the implementation, including Decree No. 42/2010/ND-CP, Decree 65/2014/ND-CP and Circular No. 07/2014/TT-BNV dated August 29, 2010 of the Ministry of Home Affairs; Guidelines for annual emulation classification of emulation units, clusters and blocks; discussion and resolution of problems at the grassroots level.../.
