Focus on publicizing the policy of streamlining the administrative apparatus.
This is one of the key directions of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department in the coming period, as mentioned at the December 2024 press briefing.
On the afternoon of December 4th, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Department of Information and Communications, and the Provincial Journalists Association jointly organized the December 2024 Press Briefing Conference.

In November 2024, press agencies provided relatively complete and timely information on political, economic, cultural, and social activities in the province, meeting the information needs of readers and effectively fulfilling the task of propaganda and guiding public opinion.
In the field of current affairs and politics, the working activities in Nghe An of the delegation from the British Embassy in Vietnam; the UK Home Office, as well as the activities of the delegation led by Comrade Le Minh Hung - Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party, Head of the Central Organization Department - were promptly reported by the press.
In particular, the press has also extensively reported and publicized the results of the 13th Central Committee Meeting of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, of the 12th Central Committee on continuing to innovate and reorganize the organizational structure of the political system to be streamlined, effective, and efficient; and disseminated information to create high unity throughout the Party and the people on the policy and tasks of streamlining the organizational structure in the new situation.

In addition, November also featured many news articles and reports on the content of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly, the activities of the National Assembly delegations, provincial People's Councils, and meetings with voters in several localities.
In the economic field, the press highlighted several positive results achieved in the province over the past 11 months; and proposed several solutions to achieve and surpass the targets set for 2024.
In addition, many news articles have also addressed the consequences of delays in the implementation of projects by businesses with tax arrears; the serious deterioration of some transportation routes; environmental pollution from mineral exploitation; difficulties in land clearance; some shortcomings in administrative management at the local level; and recommendations and proposals for definitively resolving long-standing violations.

Several issues of concern on social media have also been quickly and promptly reflected in the press, such as online scams, updates on domestic gold prices, the status of delayed projects, "stalled" projects, and projects using land for purposes other than intended, etc.
Regarding future propaganda orientation, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requests that media agencies continue to promote the results of the 13th Central Committee Meeting and the preparations for the 14th Party Congress. In particular, there should be strong emphasis on disseminating information about Resolution 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, of the 12th Central Committee on continuing to innovate and streamline the political system's apparatus for effective and efficient operation.

Furthermore, media outlets need to strengthen their information and propaganda efforts to highlight the results and achievements attained in all fields during the four years of implementing the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the more than three years of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, in conjunction with the five key programs and 21 priority projects.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department also requested that media agencies actively report on fire prevention and control; prevention and control of smuggling, commercial fraud, counterfeit goods; activities to combat and suppress crime and social evils; and traffic safety to ensure security and order in the province during the end of the year.
