Tecco and its partners have commenced construction on a project worth over 4 trillion VND in Ninh Thuận.

Located in the heart of the "legendary" Da Lat - Nha Trang - Mui Ne tourist triangle, Ninh Thuan province is known as a mini West Asia on the East Sea coast. It boasts some of Vietnam's most beautiful bays, small deserts and vast green grasslands alongside ancient coral reefs thousands of years old, primeval forests, vineyards laden with grapes, and a rich source of nutritious seafood, thanks to Ninh Thuan being one of only 18 rare upwelling sites in the world. Its pottery villages, weaving villages, and diverse culture, rich in historical heritage, all await discovery.

In this region, Ninh Chữ Sailing Bay – a world-class international standard entertainment and resort complex in Ninh Thuận – rises high as a symbol of pride for the South Central coastal region, serving as the starting point for a journey of enjoyment and exploration.

Ninh Chu Sailing BayPlanned on a total land area of ​​12.2 hectares, with a construction density of 18%, the project includes 4 hotel blocks and a 9-story apartment complex with a commercial center at the base. The investor is Crystal Bay.

The project comprises four buildings shaped like four sails filled with wind, containing 4,000 apartments.

From Ninh Chu Sailing Bay, visitors can quickly travel to admire and experience 53 famous landmarks in Ninh Thuan.

The project is located 60km from Cam Ranh International Airport, equivalent to a 1-hour drive, 100km from Nha Trang, 110km from Da Lat, and 130km from Phan Thiet. Tourists only need about 2 hours to travel to nearby bustling tourist centers.

With its advantageous topography and abundant natural resources, Ninh Thuan possesses all the elements to attract Russian tourists in particular and international tourists in general.

This area offers ample opportunities for seaside resorts and recreational activities, including water sports and off-road sports. Previously, the Ninh Thuan Provincial Department of Construction had granted Ninh Chu Bay Joint Stock Company a permit to construct Tower A and Tower B of the Ninh Chu Sailing Bay project, located in Tri Hai commune, Ninh Hai district, Ninh Thuan province, covering an area of ​​51,000 square meters.^2.

The project also has a land use right certificate issued by the Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment on June 5, 2016. The permit is valid for construction commencement for 12 months.
