Tehran: The US president may have been tricked into waging war with Iran.
According to the Iranian Foreign Minister, the accusations by the US and its allies that the attack on two key Saudi Arabian oil refineries was "an act of war" may be intended to deceive President Trump.
Reuters reported on September 19 that Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said that accusations by the U.S. and its allies that the attacks on two key Saudi Arabian oil refineries were "an act of war" may be aimed at deceiving President Donald Trump into joining a war against Tehran.

On his Twitter account, Zarif wrote: "The Group B (ambitious allies)'s actions of war or provocation of war are deliberately misleading President Donald."Trump joins the war.
Zarif had previously considered the aforementioned Group B, which included Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, to be capable of drawing the US president into a conflict with Tehran.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said on September 18 that the attacks on two key Saudi oil refineries were serious.Arabia is an "act of war".
