Connecting social security resources

The 10th "Living to Love" program is a bridge of compassion, a collaboration between the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross Society and partner organizations: Luc Hoa Volunteer Group (Hoa Do 3 Co., Ltd.), Vinamilk Dairy Factory Trade Union, Quan Am Tinh That Pagoda, and the Nghe An Provincial Blood Donation Club.

As part of the "Tet of Compassion" movement, this activity not only aims to mobilize social resources to care for people in disadvantaged areas but also demonstrates the spirit of national unity. Here, the organizing committee awarded 10 scholarships to underprivileged students, Tet gifts to families receiving social welfare benefits, and acknowledged the generosity of contributing organizations. The total value of gifts and support projects in Huu Khuong commune this time reached 670 million VND, making a significant contribution to social welfare policies in the locality ahead of the 2026 Lunar New Year.

Zero-Cost Fair - Stalls of Sharing

The highlight that brought direct joy to the people was the "Zero-Cost Tet Booth - Compassionate Spring 2026". Instead of pre-packaged gift bags, 197 poor households were given cash and gift vouchers to personally select essential necessities such as rice, food, clothing, and Vinamilk milk for their families.

The volunteer activities have become a fair of respect and sharing. The image of villagers happily carrying bags full of essential supplies has warmed the spirit of spring in the vast Hữu Khuông area. This timely collective effort not only helps the villagers have a more fulfilling Tet holiday but also spreads motivation for the people of the highlands to confidently strive for a better life.

School canteen - a project embodying the spirit of "living to love".

To address the sustainable health and nutrition challenges for future generations, the program officially inaugurated the "Boarding School Kitchen" at Huu Khuong Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary School. The project, valued at 300 million VND, was sponsored by THACO Group as part of a nationwide campaign to support school infrastructure in disadvantaged areas.

This is a key activity contributing to the realization of the "Nutrition for Poor and Disabled Children" program, aiming to improve the physical and intellectual development of students in border areas. On the day of the inauguration, nearly 260 students and delegates enjoyed the first warm meals from the "Compassionate Meal" program. This project is not just a modern logistical space, but also a symbol of love, ensuring that the children have nutritious meals so they can confidently stay in school.

Concluding the 10th "Living to Love" journey in Huu Khuong commune, the radiant smiles of the villagers and the joy of the children around the kitchens are the clearest evidence of the power of connection. With a total support value of up to 670 million VND, the program not only brought practical material benefits but also instilled faith and motivation in the highland people to overcome difficulties and rise up in life. The kitchens with their burning fires, the stalls overflowing with kindness amidst the vast mountains, are not only a complete Tet gift, but also an affirmation of a lasting spirit of mutual support and compassion, ensuring that every spring, no one is left behind on the community's journey of kindness.
