Mr. Thang said: “On the afternoon of June 11th, while on my way home carrying construction materials, I met two young men returning from the forest carrying a yellow turtle. I asked to see it and took pictures, then bought it. The turtle had a very unusual golden color, and many people thought it was a rare golden turtle, buying it at a high price. If everyone buys and resells rare animals, they will soon become extinct, so I decided to release it back into nature to help conserve it.”
