Nearly 700 kg of fish fry were released into the Hua Na hydroelectric reservoir.

(Baonghean.vn) - The Fisheries Sub-Department - Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in coordination with Que Phong district and Thong Thu commune, organized a ceremony to release fish fry to replenish aquatic resources in the Hua Na hydroelectric reservoir on the morning of November 18th.

Attending the fish release ceremony were comrades: Lu Dinh Thi - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Que Phong District Party Committee, Tran Huu Tien - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, and local people in the Hua Na hydroelectric reservoir area.

Here, delegates and local people participated in releasing 664 kg of fish fry, including two types of fish: carp and catfish. This is a deeply meaningful act, because releasing fish not only regenerates and restores aquatic resources but also cleans the water, purifies the environment, contributes to ecological balance, and provides a source of clean and safe food for the community in Thong Thu commune.
