The project has an area of 784m22, consisting of a main house which is the memorial house for Uncle Ho and two outbuildings which have a bell and a stele recording the main features of President Ho Chi Minh's life and career. Solemnly and majestically placed in the middle of the worshiping room is a bronze statue of him, weighing nearly 1 ton; above it is the immortal saying: "Nothing is more precious than independence and freedom". Behind the statue of Uncle Ho on the main altar is his immortal saying.
Inside the Memorial House, there are 8 glass cabinets displaying 64 photos and memoirs of President Ho Chi Minh from his childhood, hometown, family, revolutionary activities... According to Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Trong Tham - Deputy Commander of Truong Sa Island's military, since its completion, the Memorial House has welcomed tens of thousands of visitors. This is also a familiar spiritual destination for the military and people of Truong Sa Island.
The Uncle Ho Memorial House is located right in the center of Truong Sa Lon Island. The image of Uncle Ho has long been a driving force, giving strength to soldiers determined to guard the sea and sky of the Fatherland.

Captain Hoang Van Vy (Nghi Duc commune, Vinh city, Nghe An), on his way to Da Dong island to receive the mission, stopped by Truong Sa Lon island to offer incense to the spirit of Uncle Ho.
On important days such as National Day, Uncle Ho's birthday or every holiday, Tet - everyone gathers here to burn incense and offer it to Uncle Ho. Every time they achieve something, soldiers come here to report their achievements, worthy of Uncle Ho's advice when he visited the Navy in 1961: "In the past, we only had night and forest; today we have day, sky, and sea. Our coastline is long and beautiful, we must know how to preserve it."
For many years, Uncle Ho Memorial House has become a place to educate revolutionary traditions for soldiers and civilians living and working on the island.
