Mr. Phan Duy Truong (49 years old), residing in Duc Hoa commune, Duc Tho district (Ha Tinh province), said: "Today, my wife, daughter, and I came to the Vietnam-Laos International Martyrs' Cemetery to light incense for martyr Pham Dinh Lieu, a tank driver who died in 1972.
