This event took place at the house of Mr. Vi Van Khang in Thai Hoa village, Mon Son commune.

Ru Am Cave is where one of the first Party cells in the mountainous districts of Nghe An was established in 1930. The Lang Tru banyan tree, where people gathered to seize power in 1945, belongs to Nghia Duc commune.
