Establish a library for children with disabilities.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 1st, in Phu Thanh commune (Yen Thanh district), the Yen Thanh Volunteer Group officially inaugurated and put into operation the Tinh Nghia Library - a project dedicated to Trinh Xuan Nghia (born in 2000), who suffers from osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease).

The library was established through the joint efforts of the Yen Thanh Volunteer Group, the Yen Thanh District Cultural and Sports Center, and many benefactors. Located within the property of Mr. Trinh Xuan Ngoan, father of Trinh Xuan Nghia, the library is equipped with one reading room, 20 sets of tables and chairs providing 20 seats for readers, and an initial collection of over 300 books covering various genres.

This is the first library in the province established by a volunteer group with the aim of supporting children in extremely difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Provincial Library and the Nghe An School Books and Equipment Company also promoted and introduced a number of good and useful books. They also donated over 300 books to the Tinh Nghia Library.
