A murder occurred in Ward 7, Vo Xu town, Duc Linh district, Binh Thuan province on October 7th. According to reports, the victim, Dang Xuan Vuong (20 years old), had broken into a house with his friend after using pliers to cut through the mesh and break the door lock.
Hearing strange noises, the homeowner discovered the thief and shouted for neighbors to help. Many people rushed over and beat him up. After running about 100 meters, Vuong collapsed on the road and died on the spot.
