Ban Quan has over 100 households, mostly of the Thai ethnic group, and occupies a large area located 5 km from the commune center, in a hilly and mountainous terrain.
This section of road is part of the inter-communal road project connecting Mau Duc and Binh Chuan. According to the design, a solid bridge was supposed to be built on this section, but due to project delays, it has not yet been implemented.

To alleviate travel difficulties for local residents, the Youth Union of Binh Chuan commune waded through streams, cut bamboo and reeds, and used wood to build a temporary bridge, with a total project value of 15 million VND.
Building temporary bridges like these will facilitate travel and transportation of goods for the villagers, contributing to economic development, poverty reduction, and especially ensuring the safety of students during the rainy season.
