A young man from Nghe An province returned $8,300 to the person who lost it.
(Baonghean.vn) - After finding a wallet containing 8,300 USD, a driver's license, and an identity card bearing the name Ho Van T., residing in Hoang Mai town, Mr. Nguyen Vo Cuong Bach, residing in Nam Dan town (Nghe An), returned it to the owner.
Mr. Bach said that on April 3rd, while traveling on a bus from Cam Xuyen district (Ha Tinh province) to Hanoi, he found a wallet. Inside were a large sum of money, totaling 8,300 USD, and an identity card bearing the name Ho Van T., with an address in Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province.
Since he didn't know who had dropped it, he posted on his personal Facebook page to find the owner of the wallet. After more than 3 hours, the owner contacted him and asked to get it back.

Mr. Bach said: "When I found the large sum of money, I suddenly thought that it must have been a relative who came to Hanoi to give money to their child or grandchild to go abroad. Thinking of the poor father shedding tears somewhere, I didn't hesitate to return it to the rightful owner."
It is understood that the man who lost the money was on his way to Hanoi to pay for his son's overseas employment.
