Dinh Minh Ta with evidence of the case of breaking into a house to steal property. |
At the police station, Ta confessed that he was the one who broke into and stole property at house number 1 Nhat Chi Mai on August 30. After that, Ta walked to Thang Long street, to the intersection of Dinh Chau and Thang Long, and discovered on the electric pole there was a security camera of the Da Nang City Police. Afraid that the camera would record the image, Ta picked up a nearby piece of wood, climbed up the electric pole, broke the camera's wire, and used the wood to knock the camera to the ground.
Similarly, I turned to the opposite electric pole and smashed the security camera, then broke it, took both cameras and threw them into the nearby drain. Not stopping there, I continued to go to house number 15 Tran Dinh Long, climbed up the wall, and used my hands to break another security camera.
Through verification, Dinh Minh Ta had 2 previous convictions for property theft in 2013 and 2020. Having just completed his sentence and returned to his hometown, he continued his old ways, but this time, Ta was more daring, "erasing traces" of break-ins and property thefts by destroying security surveillance cameras...
