This area is being encroached upon by residents to park motorbikes and bicycles.

The People's Committee of Vinh City has notified the households currently using land plot No. 30, map sheet No. 12, in Hamlet 1, Nghi Phu Commune (list attached) about the forced land reclamation at land plot No. 30, map sheet No. 12, in Hamlet 1, Nghi Phu Commune.

The People's Committee of Vinh City continues to request that households and individuals currently using land on plot number 30, map sheet number 12, in Hamlet 1, Nghi Phu Commune, voluntarily dismantle and remove structures on plot number 30, map sheet number 12, in Hamlet 1, Nghi Phu Commune, and return the land so that the People's Committee of Vinh City can allocate land to households that have been allocated land in the O3 Quan Banh planning area, Nghi Phu Commune.

By 7:30 AM on December 6, 2016, if the households do not voluntarily clear the land, the Vinh City People's Committee will carry out the forced eviction process in accordance with the law.

The city assigned the Vinh City Urban Order Management Team to coordinate with the Nghi Phu Commune People's Committee to deliver notices to families three days before the enforcement action (with signed acknowledgment; in cases where the notice is not received, a record must be made).

Previously, on October 17, 2016, the Vinh City People's Committee established a Land Reclamation Enforcement Committee consisting of 22 members, including city leaders, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Fatherland Front, the Vinh City Police, the Vinh City Urban Management Department, the Vinh City Order Management Team, the Nghi Phu Commune People's Committee, etc.

It is understood that the aforementioned households are using the land for business purposes without proper documentation, even though the land has already been allocated to others and issued with land ownership certificates.
