| Also on Nguyen Sy Sach Street, many households sell fish sauce year-round on the sidewalk. In addition, cars are parked bumper-to-bumper along the sidewalk leading to the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank branch in Nghe An. This is also a fairly common situation in many offices. | According to Vinh City leaders, the city will launch a campaign to reclaim sidewalks starting in April 2017. After the campaign begins, if any ward or commune allows re-encroachment, the local leaders will have to temporarily take time off to reclaim the sidewalks.
