Vinh City collected nearly 3,539 billion VND in revenue.
(Baonghean.vn) - In 2022, thanks to many efforts, budget revenue in Vinh City reached nearly 3,539 billion VND, the highest ever.
According to the city's report: Thanks to the proactive and decisive implementation of comprehensive revenue collection solutions from the beginning of the year, the city's revenue collection achieved quite good results.
The city's budget revenue for 2022 is estimated at 3,538.8 billion VND, reaching 170.5% of the provincial target, 109.7% of the city People's Council target, and an increase of 38.5% compared to the same period.

Specifically: Revenue from land use fees from city projects, which are entitled to a 100% revenue sharing rate under the special mechanism from Resolution No. 02/2021/NQ-HĐND, amounts to VND 1,080 billion.
All revenue and tax collection targets were met and exceeded, with some items achieving high results such as: Land use fees: 2,268 billion VND, reaching 216% of the provincial target, 105.5% of the city People's Council target, an increase of 67.6% compared to the same period; Non-state enterprise revenue: 440 billion VND, reaching 118.9% of the provincial target, 117.4% of the city People's Council target, an increase of 10.5% compared to the same period; Personal income tax: 205 billion VND, reaching 164% of the provincial target, 151.9% of the city People's Council target, an increase of 38.7% compared to the same period; Other revenue: 108.9 billion VND, reaching 145% of the provincial target, 136% of the city People's Council target, an increase of 17.9% compared to the same period. Strengthening measures to recover outstanding debts totaling 216.5 billion VND.
In 2022, the city promptly and comprehensively implemented solutions to both activate, support, and promote economic development while effectively preventing and controlling the epidemic; creating a favorable environment and conditions for the development of all economic sectors, especially the night-time economy; attracting investment, and promptly and effectively implementing preferential tax and fee policies to support the recovery of production and business.
