The Vinh City Party Committee announces decisions on personnel matters.

Attending the ceremony were Comrade Nguyen Van Lu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; and leaders of the Party Building Departments and the City Party Committee Office.

The ceremony announced the following decisions regarding personnel matters: Comrade Hoang Thi Thanh Loan, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh City, was transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department for a term of 5 years (2024-2029).

Comrade Nguyen Huu Trung - Member of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Government Agency, Head of the Culture and Information Department of the Vinh City People's Committee - has been transferred to work at the Nghi Lien Commune Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Party Committee Executive Board, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Nghi Lien Commune Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Nguyen Van Khiem, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghi Kim commune, is transferred to work at the Party Committee of Hung Dong commune, appointed to participate in the Party Committee Executive Board, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hung Dong commune for the term 2020-2025.

Comrade Tran Anh Tan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Dong commune, is transferred to work at the Party Committee of Nghi Kim commune, appointed to participate in the Party Committee Executive Board, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghi Kim commune for the term 2020-2025.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Lu emphasized that the transfer, appointment, and rotation of cadres is a regular practice of each Party committee and organization to meet the requirements of both immediate and long-term tasks. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee expressed confidence that the comrades transferred and rotated to new units, localities, and completely new working environments will continue to develop their abilities, strengths, and work experience to contribute to the development of their localities and units in particular, and the city in general.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee requested that comrades, upon being assigned new tasks, should quickly familiarize themselves with and immediately begin their work, focusing intensely on leadership and guidance to ensure the quality and fulfillment of assigned tasks, and to prepare well for the Party congresses at all levels.
