Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Soa, born in 1929, joined the Party on January 12, 1947. She hails from Nghi Trung commune (Nghi Loc district) and currently lives with her children and grandchildren at house number 9, alley 8, Doc Thiet Street, Vinh City. In accordance with the regulations of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vinh City Party Committee and the Hung Binh Ward Party Committee organized the awarding of the 70-year Party membership badge to Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Soa.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Vo Viet Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Vinh City Party Committee - acknowledged and highly appreciated the contributions of Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Soa to the cause of fighting, protecting, and building the Fatherland, and wished her a long, healthy, and useful life for her family and society.
