(Baonghean.vn) - In order to analyze, dissect, and find measures and solutions to ensure the achievement of the goals set forth in the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020, on the morning of June 13, Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee - held a working session with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee.

Attending the working session were Comrade Nguyen Xuan Duong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council; and leaders of provincial departments and agencies.

Comrade Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - delivered a speech raising issues at the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh stated that the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020, sets out a goal of balanced and comprehensive development across all fronts, while the resources for implementation are limited.

Of particular concern are key targets and indicators such as economic growth, budget revenue, and poverty reduction. To ensure that the targets and indicators set forth in the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020, are achieved by the end of the term, it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis, dissect, and identify obstacles and "bottlenecks" in order to focus on resolving them.

At the same time, effective land management measures should be implemented to create favorable conditions for the execution of programs and projects aimed at achieving the province's growth targets.
