| On the afternoon of October 11th, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union and the Nghe An Provincial Federation of Youth Associations, in coordination with the Phuc Son Voluntary Rehabilitation Center in Anh Son district, organized the "Lighting Up Dreams of Rehabilitation" program in 2019 for 230 trainees undergoing rehabilitation at the Phuc Son Voluntary Rehabilitation Center. The "Lighting Up Dreams of Rehabilitation" program is an annual activity of the Provincial Youth Union aimed at promoting the role and responsibility of all levels of the Youth Union and Associations in caring for, sharing with, and strengthening coordination with units in educating, rehabilitating, and assisting drug addicts to reintegrate into the community.
This is an opportunity for trainees to interact, share their thoughts and aspirations, and gain more strength to overcome feelings of inferiority, determined to successfully overcome addiction, and reintegrate into the community as soon as possible, becoming useful members of society. At the same time, it motivates the staff and teachers of the Phuc Son Voluntary Addiction Treatment Center to continue overcoming difficulties and achieving high results in their professional duties.
"S"Through this program, I hope that each student here will become an active advocate to encourage everyone to participate in preventing and combating drug abuse, because more than anyone else, you students understand best the harms and consequences that drugs bring."

Within the framework of the program, trainees listened to a presentation by representatives of the Provincial Police on the topic of "The harmful effects of drugs, HIV/AIDS, and the aspiration to overcome addiction, reintegrate into the community, and stabilize their lives." Through the conversation, many meaningful messages were conveyed to each trainee about their rights and responsibilities in determining their own destiny, as well as basic knowledge to help them effectively overcome addiction, reintegrate into the community, and rebuild their lives after setbacks.
