Shaman investigated for land fraud

According to the police, Minh worked as a shaman and opened a vegetarian restaurant. Due to debt, he forged land use certificates to sell "virtual" land.
Minh also claimed to be the deputy general director of a large confectionery manufacturing company in Ho Chi Minh City to attract investors and appropriate 550 million VND from victims in Thanh Hoa and southern provinces.
Searching the suspect's house and vegetarian restaurant, the investigation agency seized 4 capital contribution contracts with a total amount of 470 million VND and a multi-level sales training certificate.
